Affect or Effect?
Published by Raevyn under Sites I Love on July 12, 2009This site Common Errors in English tells you which one you are supposed to use. It also has common phrases that have been spoken incorrectly, the true phrase, and the origin of it. For example, instead of saying Medieval Ages, we should say Middle Ages. The “eval” of “Medieval” means “age” so by saying “Medieval Ages” you are saying “Middle Ages Ages.”
